Brazor — The Big Razor: A Collaborative Masterpiece
The Brazor is the first joint project between two brands: Brutalica and TuoTown. Its core concept is the image of the "Big Razor". Designer Aleksey Ponamaryov combined the power of a full‑sized folding knife with the elegant, recognisable lines of a classic straight razor. The result is a unique hybrid that stands out for its charisma, style, and flawless craftsmanship.
A Blade with Razor Geometry
The blade measures 95 mm in length with a spine thickness of 4 mm. It is crafted from high‑quality powdered Tmax steel, hardened to 61 HRC, guaranteeing excellent edge retention and reliability for everyday use.
The blade's defining feature is its deep hollow grinds, characteristic of straight razors. This geometry delivers a thin, clean, and controlled cut, allowing the knife to handle the most delicate tasks — from precise slicing to accurate household operations.
The blade surface is finished using a combined technology: matte beadblasting on the hollow grinds and an elegant satin finish on the flats, highlighting the precision geometry and giving the knife a refined appearance.
Titanium Handle with Zoned Anodising
The handle is crafted from strong, lightweight titanium with a beadblast finish. Its highlight is a striking zoned anodising treatment, creating an expressive wavy band along the entire handle. This detail not only embellishes the knife but also accentuates its dynamic character.
Two vivid colour options are available:

Button‑Lock Mechanism
The Brazor is equipped with a modern Button‑Lock. This mechanism is easy to use, provides secure blade lockup in the open position, and allows comfortable one‑handed opening and closing for both right‑ and left‑handed users. Limited Edition with Individual Numbering
The Brazor is produced in a strictly limited run of just 200 pieces. The inside of the handle (on the spacer) features an engraved serial number for each knife (e.g., #58/200 or #187/200). Perfect Balance and Featherlight Feel
Despite its substantial dimensions (overall length – 211 mm, folded – 116 mm) and a 4 mm spine, the knife boasts a surprisingly low weight.
